Privacy Policy — Soveli Mail

Last updated: July 29, 2026 Developer: Soveli Labs, Inc. (“Soveli,” “we,” “us”) Contact: support@sovelilabs.com

1. Overview

Soveli Mail (“the app”) is an application for Even Realities G2 smart glasses that lets you read, triage, compose, and reply to Gmail messages by voice and glance. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, what is and isn’t stored, and the third-party services involved.

We designed Soveli Mail to access the minimum data needed to do its job and to keep you in control of anything that leaves your account.

2. Information we access

Your Gmail data. With your permission (granted through Google’s standard OAuth sign-in), the app accesses your Gmail messages so it can display them on the G2, read them aloud, and — only when you dictate and confirm — send replies and new messages. This includes message senders, subjects, bodies, and related metadata for the messages shown to you.

Voice input. When you use voice reply, voice compose, or hands-free triage, your spoken audio is captured by the G2 microphone and converted to text so the app can act on it. The microphone is only active while you are dictating.

Image descriptions. If you use the describe-an-image compose feature, the text description you speak is sent to an image-generation service to create the image you attach.

AI drafting. When you ask AI to write an email or a reply from your dictated notes, those notes — and, for a reply, the text of the message you are replying to — are sent to our AI provider so it can produce the draft you review. As always, nothing is sent to a recipient until you confirm it.

Contacts. Email addresses you dictate when sending, and any contact list you import on the web, are used to offer recipients when you compose.

Basic technical data. Standard operational data (such as error and connection information) may be processed so the service can run reliably.

3. How we use information

We use the information above solely to provide the app’s features: showing your inbox, reading and displaying messages, transcribing your voice, drafting and writing messages with AI that you review and confirm, sending the messages you confirm, generating images you request, saving and importing your contacts, and switching between the Gmail accounts you connect.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of you. We do not use your Gmail content or voice input to train generalized AI/ML models.

4. What we store

Soveli Mail is built to be a pass-through to Gmail rather than a data warehouse.

5. Third-party services

To provide its features, Soveli Mail relies on the following processors. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

We encourage you to review these providers’ privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, but we choose them to be consistent with this policy.

6. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

Soveli Mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

7. Your choices and control

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), to protect data in transit between the app, our backend, and the third-party services above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with this policy.

9. Children’s privacy

Soveli Mail is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
